Introductory Consultation

This 1-hour consultation identifies your Ayurvedic constitution (dosha) as well as any chronic or acute health imbalances that may be addressed through yoga therapy. This assessment will discuss the kinds of yoga therapy practices available to you as well as guide you to the proper Harmony Yoga Class.

Comprehensive Consultation

The Comprehensive Consultation requires two separate appointments.

First Appointment: This 2-hour consultation provides the yoga therapist a foundation for designing a program that is best suited for your overall health and wellbeing. The Comprehensive Consultation includes:

Medical history

Lifestyle habits

Structural assessment

Dosha assessment

Discovering Prakruti and Vikruti

Second Appointment: This 1-hour follow-up consultation includes:

Report of findings

Defining individual goals

Ayurvedic lifestyle management program

Home practice/routine
